    Abandoment issues
MN. When is it concerned abandoment when parent kicks his child out of his home and left messages saying they are no longer welcome in his home. This is very mental and emotional abusive on the children.
Last time he kicked his son out of his home, never asked for him to go back and after a year went by he filed a motion saying I was denying him his visitations, when in fact he kicked him out.
It's like he can exercise his visitations only when it suits him but on the other hand I have to keep following the court order.
So my life has to be waiting around for 9 years now playing games with my ex's schedule.

    Any suggestion?

What you are describing is emotional abuse, not abandonment. How old is your son? How long ago was your divorce granted? Have you ever filed for modification of the father's visitation?
