No period but on birth control
I have been on birth control for almost a year now. My boyfriend and I don't use a condom when we have sex and he pulls out before ejaculation. On about two recent occasions he says he didn't discharge fully, but only pre come . I haven't had my period in two months and am beginning to get worried. I understand that its possible to skip a period while on the pill, but sometimes my breasts are tender around the time of my scheduled period. I have also taken a number of pregnancy tests, all which came out negative. I was just wondering if its my birth control throwing my hormones all out of whack or am I pregnant?

Ok, 1. how old are you? : since everyone should know that pulling out is not a birth control method. It lowers the amount of sperm but does not stop the sperm by any means at all.
And of course birth control pills by their self are not 100 percent effective we have dozens of experts on here that became a parent while on birth control,
Now most likely you are not, but is there a chance, of course there is.
I would consider using a condom along with the birth control medication.

Hey, you aren't the only one that has sex unprotected I do too .But I have been in the position your in last month ,and trust me I was freaking out .You only need to worry, if you had missed birth control pill ,also are you in the 24 or 28 pack ?
Hey ,so you don't worry so much about getting pregnant, do what I did .I went on the depo shot ,oh and I should tell you wear a condom the first week after the shot .Also the depo is better than the pill because you don't have to take it eveyday and it covers you for 3 month .

If your pregnancy tests all say no, I wouldn't worry too much yet. I'm not saying you aren't pregnant, I mean it can happen, but probably not likely in this case. When you use the pregnancy tests do you use them first thing in the morning? It is more accurate if you use them then. If you are really worried about the missed periods, or if you are worried about a hormonal imbalance check with the doctor and make sure everything is OK. It is true that birth control isn't always 100%. My best friend got pregnant on the pill and I was shocked! But, like I said, if your tests consistently say no then I wouldn't be worried about pregnancy for now.

GO TO YOUR DOCTOR ASAP!! You never know. Our bodies are capable of strange phases. Go to a doctor just to be on the safe side and get an actual pregnancy test. If it's negative at least you'll know and in the meantime, they can find out why you're not menstruating. Maybe you need a new pill. And never use the pullout method. All it takes is one teeny tiny sperm from pre-come and you're pregnant!
