Felonies Licensing, and Bonding in the Mortgage Industry in NC
Can a person be bonded and licensed in NC as a mortgage lender if he has a felony conviction for something unrelated to the mortgage industry? i.e. 2nd degree kidnapping.

    Hello can:

You're going to have to contact the agency that does the licensing. Get a copy of their written criteria for licensing. You also need to contact a bonding company and ask them.
