    Furnace fan goes on when in manual mode but won't work on auto
    This is a 15 old unit I checked it yesterday and everything seems to work all right on manual mode but when turned on auto it fallows all steps but when it sends signal for fan to go on it does not work

    Defective fan/limit control or a fan relay.

    At least you have heat in the manual blower mode.

Furnace Manual Fan OK - Not Auto Though [ 1 Answers ]

I have a York Stellar Plus (15yrs old) with an Auto and Manual Fan Switch on the T-stat. The Fan will work when turned to ON (at the T-Stat) but it will not come on when you turn the heat on with the Fan switch turned to Auto. I have replaced the Limit Switch. No difference Thanks!
