Regarding the Taxes 2007 as an resident alien
I am filing my taxes for 2007. I have tin# for my wife and daughter. I can claim them as dependents that is not the problem. I am here for the past 6 years. I am on H1 but I do have the EAD. Now when I am filing the taxes Am I considered as Resident Alien or Non-resident Alien.
If I am Resident Alien I am getting a refund of around $1000.
    If I am a Non Resident I owe $600

    I apprecaite the answer.

You are definitely a resident alien. The duration of your stay is over five years, so you WILL be considered a resident alien regardless of your visa status.
