To be depressed at 12?

It is common to be depressed at times at all ages.

12, 14, 16, young people mature at different rates, but there are many problems that teens have now adays ( actulaly teens have always had problems of varoius kings)
Hormones change, finding out about ones sexual nature, growing and maturing, I often wonder how any of us managed to grow up sane at times.

My dad had a saying, ( more of a joike) that I still think about today, no matter how bad it is today, it can always be worst tomorrow, so make the best of today.

He really meant that we don't know what tomorrow will be, so live today for today and make the best of tomorrow,

I think Fr_Chuck is pretty on the money, you've got a lot of life ahead of you and a long time until you'll realise that, so have fun! Anything you want to do, find a way to do it.

I think it is actually fairly common. As your homes start to go to work your moods change and you begin to question yourself mentally, physically, and sexually. Those thoughts and moods can make you feel either really good or bad. Not much you can do about it but hold on and enjoy the ride for what it's worth.
