I got a new phone about a week ago, it's a krzr. It had been working just fine, nothing wrong with it perfect in everyway (my first cell phone... MP3 to top it off). Then the last day and a half, my bluetoothing and ringtones have gotten messed up. If I rename one of my ringtones they get deleted, I can't delete the ones I want to, and I can't bluetooth anything. Its not the memmory I know that. I haven't done anything to my phone to cause it to be messing up. Oh and another thing when someone sends me a text the next time they do it goes on vibrate. I don't know... its weird and I'm getting really frustrated... like I said I've only had it for about a week... I want to know what might be causing this and how to fix it if possible.

If you have the bill of sale, take it back to the store where you purchased it and tell them about the problems with your new phone. Could be it has to be replaced and it is defective.

It's easy by two ways :-
A) if it's hardware problem you can contact with place who you buy (store)

B)if it's software problem ,you can format your cell phone agin....LOL
