    Property lien
I purchased my mobile home three years agp with a down payment. I am currently facing repossession. I own my own land which I still to reside on after the repossession. IF the lender places a lien on my land will they force me to sell it even though it is still my primary residence.

I don't believe that they can force you to sell it, in fact, if they get a lien on it, you won't be able to sell it without paying them first?

    Hello R:

If they sue you and win, with the judgment, they can put a lien on your land. They can't force you to sell it, though. They can only make you pay them when you do sell.
