    Always getting hot
I am 31 and I am always getting so hot. I have to constantly sit and fan with a paper and I have a deskfan on my desk at work. And when I take a brisk walk it is even worse - feels like I am burning up.

When I get hot I sweat in my face and my make up doesn't last.

Please help as I think I am way too young for menopause. And I know this getting hot is not normal.

I have the same problem but can control it somewhat by wearing a lot less during the day. My job includes personal care for my clients to have to be the bathroom with them assisting with baths. It gets very hot and I suffer. This condition is sometimes thyroid related so every check up I have my thyroid included and so far my doctor can't prescribe thyroid medication because it isn't called for yet. You may want your thyroid checked next doctor's visit, other then that there isn't very much you can do this condition other then compensating clothingwise.
