I wonder if anyone can help me out.
December 2008 I was charged with theft under and I had court then carried through feb 13th 09 ( still pending ) they gave me this program to do so that the charges can br dropped, but now I'm stuck with another charge and the same one before the first one isn't even dropped yet... what will happen?

The judge will probably shake his head in disbelief wondering if you or your attorney will be asking for a mental evaluation or claiming some sort of learning disability...

Then, if you have a good lawyer, or the court is backed up on paperwork, or the jails are over crowded, you'll probably be given an opportunity to try your luck at a third attempt.
