    Income tax
I have received NYS disability payments for the tax year 2007. I am trying to figure out whether I will see the amount I need to report on my w-2 or will I receive some sort of 1099 and if so from where? I have not received a 1099 for the amount nor do I see the amount on my w-2? Thanks, Mike.

You should be getting a Form 1099-R, because state-provided disability payments normally are taxable if they exceed a certain income level.
