    How do I get into shape for volleyball next fall?
    How much should I be excercising if I'm trying to get into shape for my high school's volleyball team after the summer? I weigh 120 lbs, am almost 14 and I'm 5'7 1/2. I have NO clue what to be exercising, some say my legs, arms, abs, but how should I know? If you have any advice on food/exercise that would be great. Ps any actual exercises would help out a lot too.

    I'm in track and volleyball. My coach tells me that doing normal runs like anywhere from a half of mile to a mile is great. My workouts are: Monday-half a mile and some ab workouts Tuesday- rest Wednesday- is my big day I run about 2 miles with some more ab workouts Thursday-rest Friday-just hanging at the mall or anything to keep me moving with some ab workouts at night and then rest all week end. That's my schedule.
    (ab workouts include sit ups, superman,and some odd ball thing that I got off the internet):):)
