    Weird feet & running shoes
I am unsure if anyone can help on this other than what I have already done. I have very high arches, however I still over pronate. I am a distant runner, marathon, and looking for best outcome of supportive shoes that will not negatively effect my running or cause injury. I wear high arch and New Balance 768's at this time. Wide foot so they work well. Any suggestions.

Instead of looking for shoes, I'd look into arch support inserts.

Check with a specialty shoe shop and see what they suggest, a lot of shop that specialize in foot problems, or sports shoes, know how to solve these problems.

You are better off looking for a foot specialist. They can lead you in the right direction. They have done wonders for me as well allot of other people that have recommended me to one. It is cheep and well do wonders for you. It will also ingress you running slightly. And well prevent back and knee injuries. I hope this helped you out as it did me.

Any running store can guide you in selecting your shoes. Also visit the top running shoe manufacturers and complete their online foot questionaires. They will often give you a few selections to try on when you get to your store.

I suggest Brooks, Mizuno, or Asics.
