    How to get the red out our water supply
    How do we get the red out of our water? We have a well and a water softener, but we still have iron in our water. What is the best way to eliminate this problem? Someone told us there is another tank we can add to our softener to eliminate this.

    Do you have a septic tank?
    I don't know much about how to fix the iron

    jdahle... nohelp4u has a great site there with some good recommendations... read away and read the water softner literature provided with your unit... hopefully combined informationm will give reasonable answer. Good luck.
