Does taking care of your health liten your skin?
This question has been bothering me, I really want to lighten my skin, and I don't want to use lightening products because its not yet appropri8 for my age and I've heard they make your skin even duller... so for me, if this is a solution, I want to know if taking care of my health will make me fairer, i.e. eating good food, taking care of your body etc.

I have read on another forum, where members are on a "raw food " diet, which incorporates a lot of fresh vegetables and avoids meats, sugars, fast and processed foods etc and they believe that it has improved the condition of their skin and possibly even aided in some brightening of the skin.

I read on womeninquire.com (when they had free membership) that some foods help promote less pigment from being made. I think it was foods with vitamin c or something... not 100% sure.

Forget Hillary care, what about School-Based "Health Care?" [ 37 Answers ]

Middle school in Maine to offer birth control pills, patches to pupils When I was in school about the only good school "health care" was for was a bandaid, an excuse to skip a class or a pan to puke in. What on earth (or in the constitution) gives public schools the right to prescribe drugs...
