    L1B 2007 Taxes
    Hi,

I think I posted in the wrong section earlier. I first came to US on 19th June 2007 on a B1 Visa and left the US on 15th Sept 2007. I returned back on 1st Oct 2007 with a L1B Visa and I'm still a L1B worker.

Could someone please assist me with the below:

    1. While filing the tax returns should I file it as a resident alien or a non-resident alien?
    2. I'm eligible for online efile, should I be using the 1040NR or the plain default 1040?

    Appreciate the responses very much.

    Thanks a lot!

You need to file dual-status, because you just exceeded 183 days.
