    Cc debt and IRA
    Has anyone gone default on an HSBC credit card while having an IRA with them? My cousin lost her job due to health problems and has not paid her credit card in 4 months and is worried about her Individual IRA.

    I believe her IRA will not be subject to the credit card debt owed to HSBC.
