    video trailers
Every time I try to play video trailers from the internet it refers me to web help and asks about sound devices. I can play things from I-tunes and certain websites but I can not for example listen to the news or certain trailers from web sites. I have the latest version of windows media as well?? Any answers out there

I probably should just go ask my 5 year old to fix it for me but I am too proud for that. I'll buy a new PC before I admit defeat. I might not be the smartest person in the house but I do hold the spending power (for now anyway)... ::
