    Carpserve.exe Application Error
    Greetings,

    Just wanted to know if anyone has seen the error below in Adobe Acrobat Professional 7.0.5. The error happens when the OCR Feature in Adobe Acrobat is use.

    Carpserve.exe - Application Error
    The instruction at "0x7c1910e03" referenced memory at "0x00002ea0". The memroy could not be written.

    <OK>

    Acrobat could not perform recognition (OCR) because:

    Unable to process the page because the paper capture recognition service experienced error (16001)

    I have the same problem.

    I attempted to OCR a one page document and got this error during the end of the process:

    Unable to process the page because the Paper Capture recognition service experienced an error. (16001)
