    Licenses for business
    :p hi I am looking to start a business I want to sell brand name clothing online... but I want to know if I'm purchasing from over seas,do I need a business license of some kind some one please help me thank you

    You should have a business license to do business. Also for sells within your state, normally you are ( in most states) suppose to collect sales tax. So you will need a tax resale number for reporting the taxes collected.

    Move to the US, OK, really not up on Canada law.
