    Honda civic ex 94 won't start
    Recently my wipers moter would not work (you know the one that throws water to clean your main window) I purchased a new one and connected it... as soon as I tried starting my car I heard something like a short circuit, the lights dimmed out but the car actually started... next thing you know... my power windows / wipers would not work.. power lock still does... I turn off my car and now it won't even start it just does a clack clack noise. I was wondering if anyone can point me at the right direction here please.

    The moter that I am talking about is the one under the car in front of your left tire.
