    They want to sign their rights up and my hubby wants to adopt
    How do I do this... the fathers of my 2 little girls wants to sign up their rights and my soon to be husband wants to adopt... but the pro pur says that a marriage has to be in place for a year... there must be away around it some one help... what do I do?

    Every court system has its own rules, in your case it appears they require that you be married for a year before he is allowed to adopt.

    What is the big issue anyway, you wait, does not change anything but the paper.

    Well it's just that my daughters fathers are a lost cause I have tried and tried to get them envolved and they just want to use drugs and forget what is best for the kids... and they will use the kids as leverge with me and I am soooo tierd of everything... I just want it done so that the girls and I can get on with our lives!! They shouldn't have to cry anymore! But any advice on how to get it done! They both are wanting to sign!

    If the law in your area requires 1 yr of marriage then its unlikry you can get around it. What does your attorney say?
