    Hampton Bay Ceiling Fan
I have a Hampton Bay ceiling fan that has odd size light bulbs. I can't find any of these bulbs at Home Depot, Lowe's or Wal-mart. The information on the electrical states "E239297 10-170 250V75W". Since finding these bulbs is impossible, is this electrical something that can be changed out so that I can use "normal" bulbs that can be found
    Anywhere?

The best I can offer is to harass Home Depot, as this is there brand:

    Contact Us

Since they sell HB fans they should be able to order the lamps, of course, I will not be surprised if they won't help you.

In that case, since HB fans have a lifetime warranty, you can return it to Home Depot. If I were you I would tell them to keep their crap, and go buy a decent fan, such as Hunter, or even Casablanca.
