    My period, short and over.
    I have my period every thee- five months if I'm lucky, and when I do get it ; it doesn't even last a day. Im not sexually active, so I know Im not pregnant and my dieting is well, but my excersising is a little off.

    Help?

    Have you seen a doctor for this yet? Your cycle doesn't sound reulr by any means. You should see a gynocologist, they'll be able to help you figure out what's going on and what to do
