    Custodial rights and guardianship
    If a mother gives up her rights of guardianship,(to social services) can she still regain custody of her child(ren) if she is on probation?

    I think so... social services decides case by case... it would depend if it was permanent or temporary and if an adoption was going to happen... etc... and if the mother showed improvement etc...

    Hey quick question I wasn't stable w my own home so my best friend took care of my weiner dog for me... now that I'm on my feet and want mty weiner dog back my best friend won't give her back and that dog is my lifeee. LEGALLYYYY How can I get MYYYYY dog back??
