    International divorce
    How do I obtain a divorce online for an international marriage( one person resides in the u.s, th e other in peru)

    You can not obtain a divorce online. You will have to file in person in the nation ( and state in the US) that has jurisdiction over this.

    Many factors including where you last lived as a couple and how long ago.
    You will need an attorney.
