I was wondering if I could get a passport if I have a record for fraud and I'm wanted in a province for unpaid ticket

It is being wanted that will be the issue, I would say it may be delivered by someone you don't want to see.

But when I get pulled over by the cops they can't do anything so how could they do something if I apply for a passport

Ironic, best if you paid these bills and you may apply. But don't count on it that they accept your application.

You seem to think every law enforcement officer is on the same page. Because your local dudes don't have a clue, you think the fed won't either. I wouldn't make that assumption.

What I would do, is take care of the damn ticket. It's not like you have to turn yourself in for a major crime..

You but the locals do know and they tell me every time and they also tell me that they can't do anything because it's not canada wide and the only why it could be canada wide is if it was a serious crime so the locals do know
