    95 civic running rich and surging at idle
    What would cause running rich and surging idle when warm on 95 honda civic 1.6?

    . Clean/replace the Idle Air Control (IAC) Valve.
    . Ensure all vacuum hoses are tight.
    . Replace PCV Valve and clean hose/throttle body port:
