    Theft under 5000
    I was recently charged with theft under 5000 for a set of car plates this is my first offence what should I expect?

    Were the plates on the car ?/ if so and that is all they charged you with,

    You can expect a lecture from the judge, you can expect a fine and probation.

    You should also consider an attorney and trying to work out a plea agreement
