Let me ask you a few questions so that people can help you out, OK?

How long have you had them?
    Have you been sick lately?
Are they sore, do they itch, what do they feel like?
Do you have any known medical conditions/allergies?
    How big are they?
Have they been getting bigger or changing in any way?

No one can really diagnose over the internet. People can guess, tell you different things it could be, etc. but there isn't any way to know. So, if it is worrying you, definitely go to the doctor. Ask you parents to take you or show the bumps to the school nurse. Good luck and hope everything is OK!

I would keep an eye on them. If they don't go away soon, or if they keep getting bigger and hurting, go to your family doctor. He/she will be able to determine what it is, and if necessary, can give you a referral to a dermatologist or whatever doctor he/she thinks is appropriate. If the nurse wasn't too worried, I wouldn't be for right now. I'm sure she would have told you if she thought it was something serious. Just tell your folks so that they can keep an eye on them. I wonder if it might be an allergy of some kind. Do you live in a warm climate were there are bugs right now? Could they be bug bites of some kind? I had a really sore swollen bump from a spider bite once. Keep an eye on them and let me know! Good luck!

Sounds very much like swollen lymph nodes to me. I agree that you probably should have your mother make a doctor's appointment just to be sure.
