An hourly position is something were you can get paid for your services per hour. For example if you were hired at 10.00 a hour for 8 hours you would pay for 80.00 etc...
An salary position is a set price for your service for example if you where offered a position at 1000 a week you would get paid 1000 a week no manner how many hours you work 10 or 100 hours. |

My company put me on salary a few years back. I still have to work overtime and I still have to punch a time card, I just dont get paid for any overtime hours. Also I have not gotten the standard raise that I used to get anymore. I was wondering is this fair practice?
