    Reprinting books
    I have a book with no publication date no copyright and no publisher on it. I want to reprint it for publication. Anyone know of any laws to stop me?

    How old do you think the book is and where is the location where you would like to publish it?

    Also, what is the name of the book and who is the author?

    If you are in the US... here is a number you can call

    This number is the Copyright Clearance Center (CCC)... 1.978.750.8400 or their fax number is 1.978.750.4470

    You can contact them and they will either tell you if there is a copyright on this or give you clearance in writing.
