    Amending
I just would like to amend that it is not W7 but W2. Also, Please note that I am considered as resident I guess, since my stay here is more than 180 days.
    What form should I use?
    Thank you.

You cannot amend the W-2. It is issued by your employer based on what was withheld from your salary.

If you think your W-2 is NOT correct, contact your employer to get him/her to issue a corrected W-2.

It is not necessary that once you complete 183 days in the U.S. you are resident for tax purposes. For many visa types (for example F1) are exempt from the residency.
