What browser are you using? If you're not sure, click your internet link and tell us what it says across the top - probably white text on a blue background.

    Hi RickJ,
    Thank you for being understanding.
I believe the anwer is : window live hotmail - Windows Internet Explorer.
I used to click on "favourites" and could see the whole list in the past. But this time nothing is happening.
    Thanks again

The answer is Internet Explorer. If clicking on favorites doesn't pull down the list there are a couple of possibilites. Either the favs were erased or you are using a different user account since favs are saved for each user.

    HI Scottgem,
    Thank you for the suggestion.
I have been trying all sorts of clicking and found that the list drops down but does not open.
Since yesterday I have been looking on Google and other sites for the answer.
I came across one site -- ( I am trying but can not remember the name of the site address, but as soon as I come across it I will send it to you, too)
It says: left click on the FAVOURITES, when the list shows right click on the article and you will open another MENU. Click on OPEN .
It also says --- create a new folder ( in favourites ) and name it. All the saved favourites can be easily saved and accessed from the new folder. I hope I am making sense.
IT IS WORKING FOR ME . THANKS A LOT FOR HELPING ME OUT. I HOPE IT WORKS FOR OTHERS TOO.
