Get both you and your partner checked to be sure there is no medical reason. Next are you tracking your more fertile cycle, so that your sex is more timed toward the better time. And then make sure there is proper break between sexual intercourse to allow him to build up.

Also how long have you been trying, it often takes one to two years of trying.
