    I strongly doubt it. The Sub-Prime loans have gone the way of the Dodo Bird. Many of the 100% loans have gone away even for borrowers with good credit. Both FNMA and FHLMC have cut their Loan To Value ratios by 5%, for any property considered to be in a "declining" market. VA still offers 100% financing.

    No, even with a sub prime lender you would still have needed a down payment.
