Pennsylvania-Non renewal of month to month lease
I want to know the proper procedure for notifying a tenant that I will not be renewing his lease. We are currently on a month to month lease. I want to make sure I do everything by the book. I've been told that you only have to give 30 days notice.

I believe you have to give notice in the same time frame as the tenancy - if it's month to month, then you would have to give one month's notice. Usually landlords make it a few days earlier than that just to cover themselves.
