    Bi-weekly Roommate won't leave
    I understand that I need to give her notice, however since she is a bi-weekly renter, does the SC Law require at least 30 days notice or 15 day notice? Also she has been having a visitor overnight for the last 2 months. I do not get along with him either. Have asked him to leave but they both told me he was her quest therefore he wasn't going anywhere. This is my home/house and I can't get rid of the rodent or her partner. There is no lease agreement only a verbal one. CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME! Plus is there somewhere that I can find a notice form?

    South Carolina Evictions This site can help you. The fact she had the guy over if that was not part of your verbal agreement regarding the rental, then that is considered a breach of your agreement.

    Next time have it in writing just what a tenant can and cannot do so there is no creative renting going on as this roommate chose to do.
