    Noisy/vibation from air handler
    My air handler unit is very noisy and seems to vibrate most of our house. Can you please help?

    It may be a bad bearing in the cage or a build up of dust on the vanes of the blower. If you disconnect the power and roll the cage by hand do you feel any little thumping.
