    Can I sue my ex
We bought a rental property during our legally marriage. My name was not on the deed due to business liability (the lawyer to me that). We got divorce and I found out the rental property was sold (I got no money for this ). Can I sue my ex for 1/2 of what the property sold for?
    Thanks,

It depends on the property settlement of the divorce. If the agreement was to split everything equally, then you have grounds. If the rental property was mentioned specifically then it depends on what it said. You should be contacting the atty who handled the divorce.
