    Legal removing felony
I live in North Carolina, and I took a plea bargin, the charge is assault with a deadly weapon and inflicting serious body harm, I made a mistake and I was given a sentence of 3 years proabortion and 2 weekends I completed everything and I have never been in trouble with the law until that time and I was stupid because I thought the truth will always come out, I trusted the lawyer I had he really gave me the worst advised I was on exffessor sorry about the spelling and he told me not to tell the courts and the person I hurt she lied on me again say, I threaten to kill her later which came out as a lie and the layer forgot to give me all the details and just pay the court find he told me I had 30 days to pay I got stopped and was taken to jail and the new atty I got asked me what the helk went on I could not tell her because I was so stupid, then this atty would not give me an affict david to say he gave me miss info but he told my new atty and proabortion office that is the only reason I am not in jail , can any one please help me.

If you don't talk to your attorney and tell them what happened, that is being stupid, your attorney needs to know all the facts, the truth, that is the only way they can really help you.

If your old attorney told the info to the probatoin officer, the probation officer should be able to tesify to that in court. Also if the other attorney told your attorney, you can always call the old attorney as a witness now.
