    Credit card purchases
    I have recently within the last 3months purchased some furniture and now faced with having to file bankruptcy will they want the furniture back how long should I wait to avoid them from taking the furnitur back from me and my children

    If you are using a lawyer to file, ask them, and of course you'll have to wait until you can afford to pay lawyer. Best to wait until you are sure of all the debts that you'll want to include.

    I have recently purchases some furniture and made some travel expenses on my credit card and now I'm faced with having to file bankruptcy I am self emplloyed and my business is doing really bad will they want the furniture items back or how long should you wait to file if you have made some credit card purchases to file
