    Employment with police record
    Arrested for shoplifting, released without being charge. How will this affect me in seeking employment in future?

    Lol,, the only way it could affect you in your future employment, is if you start stealing from them too... hahahaa naw, really, if you weren't jailed and drug before a judge, then it never happened...
