    Newbie here
    Hello to everyone-

    Im a newbie here and I just wanted to say hi to everyone

    I do have a question, I am a father of a beautiful daughter, her front left permanent tooth is growing in crooked. Is this normal? Probably not but could anyone give me some insight or past experiences on this problem thanks to all.

    My cousin has a crooked tooth and all they have to do is put braces on him for 2 months. But determining on if her other teeth need braces maybe longer. But he is 8 and he's had a crooked tooth for like 5 years. She might have to wait because her teeth need to grow in and be ready for braces at least a little

    Sometimes the adult teeth will come in crooked (this is lovingly called the "ugly duckling stage". As more baby teeth fall out and adult ones come in there is a chance that they will straighten themselves out. It's amazing how much the upper lip and tongue can do to correct things naturally.
    Once your daughter has more of her adult teeth the dentist will be able to give you some idea if braces will be needed.
