    Mobile Home Repo or not
Is there anyway to do a settlement for a mobile home I can not sell. I have tried seeling this mobile home for 8 years and no one will buy for what I owe on it. I have rented the property out for the past 6 years but due to tenet damage and wear and tear it is a wreck and would like to just get rid of it. I have had a property manangement company taking care of the property but at this time it has become a burden and would like to just get rid of this without ruining my credit any suggestions. The mobile home is on a rented lot.

One of life's tough lessons, I fear. You may just have to fix it and rent it for enough to make your payments. You should be getting some tax benefits, right? The land owner might be available.
