Does a juvenile record in Oregon follow you into adult hood? When age 16 I stole my grandmothers car and succeeded to wreck it totally. I did not have a driver license. Grandmother reported the car stolen. Now at age 32, Oregon will not issue me a driver license because I stole the car and totalled it at age 16. How can this be as I never did have a license in Oregon, and do not understand why they refuse to license me.

Sounds like you need to ask a lot more questions at the license agency. It might be a matter of showing proof of your age at the time of the incident. You might need to have legal help in getting it cleared up. Find out if the juvenile record should also have been erased from license record at adulthood... you also may have had your license privilege suspended at the time even though you never had a license, you would have to pay the reinstatement fee as described at the link below.
