I am on probation for theft under 500.00 and while on probation I have got another charge for the same thing theft under 500.00... what may happen to me will I get jail time or probation again?I also went to court for my charge and the judge said that she was going to look over my probation and also have served 4 days for my charge.. if I was going to get violated would the judge not had done it while I was in jail?

Maybe not, again it will be up to the judge, the idea for probation is to watch you to be sure you don't do it again, by doing the same crime, you showed you did not care what the court said, and was going to do what you wanted to anyway. You have two issues, one jail time for having probation vioated, and jail time for the new charge, I would expect some jail time out of it.
