Eating a lot of raw vegestables. A lot of raw carrots, cauliflour, brocoli, sprouts, spinish, fresh herbs, etc. Cut them up and eat them in a salad with olive oil for dressing. Avoid vinager

Eating a lot of fresh fruit.

    Steamed brussel sprouts

Avoid everything made of flour like tortillas, bread, pizza, pasta

    Avoid sugar and salt.

Have you looked into Candida? The best book for how to treat Candida is The Yeast Syndrome by Dr. Strowbridge. Has excellent TREATMENT diet. Read the reviews at Amazon.com. Check with your health food store for current things that are used to treat it. There are all sorts of probiotics nowadays.

    Have you tried acupuncture?

    Have you tried Reiki?

Have you tried acupressure with your fingers on your ovaries?

Have you tried homeopathy? Visit homeopathyandmore.com for some free help with homeopathy if you can't find a truthworthy homeopath near you.

    Have you tried yoga?

    Have you tried prayer?

Have you tried putting pictures of charubs by your bed?

I had a friend who helped his wife get pregnant by using acupressure on her ovaries.
I know someone who was married 20 years without children because she couldn't conceive. One day she went up to the highest mountain and prayed to God and shortly she had 3 children. I heard another woman say that she was married for many years without children because she also could not conceive and someone told her to put up pictures of charubs by their bed and soon had 3 consequitive pregnancies. They immediately took the charubs down after that. I heard Elisabeth H (from The View) say that she was having acupuncture treatments to help her conceive. She recently gave birth to a brand new baby.

Sometimes women can't conceive if they have undiagnosed endometriosis. Diet will help that a lot.

    Take calcium magnasium supplements.

I hope you have been checked out completely also. I have a friend who went many years without any babies because they couldn't afford to see a medical doctor. When they finally got the money they went to see a specialist who prescribed estrogen pills. Some type of hormone pills.

Get another medical doctor's opinion too.

I have also heard that the best time to get pregnant is when you stop trying. Acupucture, homeopathy, yoga, etc will help you relax also so the reproductive system can go to work.

If I think of anything else, I'll let you know.

    I've thought of something else.

I remember a couple of years back seeing a program about a clinic that helps women in their menopausal years to get pregnant and they have a very high success. Unfortunately, I can't remember the name of the clinic. I think it was in San Francisco, CA

I did a Google search for : Natural Fertility Clinic and I found the following link which you can copy and past to your browser:

(DO YOU A GOOGLE SEARCH FOR A CLINIC WHERE YOU LIVE)

Also, if your uterus is too acid, it will kill the sperm on contact. The right amount of ph balance needs to be in the uterus. Eating a lot of raw veggies creates a less acid uterus. Vinager may make things worse

Some women become allergic to their partner's sperm. You might try using a condom when you are not ovulating and no condom when you are.

You need to go to a fertility clinic, if it has been four years of trying. Both your husband and yourself needs to be medically checked out to rule anything out. Best wishes to you.

I believe you mean the VAGINA. The sperm must travel up the vaginal canal prior to making it to the uterus. If the vaginal canal is not receptive to sperm, they won't make their 3 day trip up the vaginal canal, through the uterus and up into the fallopian tube where the ovum is fertilized.

    Have you consulted fertility specialists?

It might be both. I think the fertilized egg can't survive in the uterus if the environment doesn't have the correct PH balance. She really needs to do some research and continue to consult specialist also.

Vegestables are the basics. It's like gasoline to an autombile.

Don't give up. There are so many options.

It may be Dana, who am I (a nurse extern in maternity) to say otherwise. But if the pH is not balanced in the vagina it will never make it to the uterus. LOL

However, after 4 years of trying, she really needs to see a fertility specialist for possible IVF.

Here's a simple one... take your vitamins. Often overlooked, but very important. Focus on folic acid after you do conceive.

If you have been trying to conceive for 4 years than what you need is not the internet telling you what to do, rather, you need a fertility doctor.
