    Can I get a passport
    I am a convicted two time felon and served my time and have been off probation for 5yrs I was charged 9 and 10 yrs ago.. will my past keep me from getting a passport to go on a vacation/honeymoon?

    You can get a passport, there may be restrictions as to visa's to enter into some nations.

    Yup, exactly, and since it's been so long ago most countries would allow you to enter, but always check before you leave on vacation.
