Try Purplemath , it really explains a lot of concepts that are confusing. Your school probably has a tutoring program that can help you out too, or speak with the teacher. Maybe even a friend who is or has taken the class can help.

What exactly are you having the problem with?
Maybe it's just one thing that's making it hard, because it's stopping you from understanding something else. I hated algebra until I actually started to understand it (I have my trusty graphing calculator to thank for that, they really are wonderful). I think lot's of people get what your going through.

But don't give up, at the end of the day they're just dumb numbers and formulas that you may never use again (unless you do taxes, now that's scary numbers).

I am taking Algebra right now as well and my suggestion is to ask your parents to make mock tests/quizzes for you to do once you've studied. The key to success is memorizing the different equations and how to solve them. Best of luck!

Talk to your teacher as well. He/She might have different strategies to help you. I think that the suggestion of a tutor is a great one. Often schools have a peer tutoring program, it won't cost you a thing!

I think algebra is real easy, but if you really don't understand it, get your teacher to help you and explain it clearly to you so you'll understand it

Math is freaking easy but if you have problems just find a tutor, but believe it or not it just requires a lot of concentration or it is going to look like it is hard.
